Orders and Shipping

Estimated shipping time varies and can be longer than 10 days due to high demand. Typically its between 10-30 Business days

Wedding Inspiration does not store any credit card information. By design, customer’s credit card number and security code are never stored on our website. We allow customers to pay for orders via one of the payment gateways РPaypal or Stripe.  

All prices on the site are inclusive of sales tax

Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing);
  • you receive the wrong item;
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster);
  • you ordered wrong product (size, color, type, etc.). But you can return your order at your expense and we will issue the refund.

You can submit refund requests within:

  • 10 business days after the order is delivered;

Contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped then we do not offer refunds for an incorrect address.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
